Your PR Every Day Twitter Contest

We want to see you get better every day here.  Anything we can do to enable and encourage that to happen we will.

The Personal Record Every Day Twitter contest has very simple requirements:

  • Post an update to twitter after your workout with your PRs, and then hashtag #prevery day.  Example:

“Trap DL density. Pull-up volume, reps, intensity. Lever curl reps, density, intensity. Axle press volume. #preveryday”

  • Keep a training log so that you can back up your PR. You should be able to show at least one other time that you did the movement to prove your PR.

To be eligible for the un-announced special bonus prize:

It does not matter what your PR is. This is not a strength or fitness contest. We’ll pick a random winner from all the entries. You may set as many PRs as you want.
