How Do We Measure?

Intensity: Move weight on the bar, more speed during the reps, more reps per set- depending on the movement

Volume: More total reps for the work block

Density: More work done in a given unit of time

Improved Form: Moving closer to optimal form with no tension/smooth breathing patterns/superior alignment
