Perpetual: not just a word

Your best:

you don’t have to work for it. You don’t have to struggle for it. All you need to do is test for it and then apply yourself to the results of the test.

Perpetual Progress: Gym Movement volume 1

Three common questions asked in program design:

1. What is the best exercise?

2. What is the best number of reps?

3. How do I know how often to do them?

Ask 100 people these three questions, and you will receive at least 100 combinations of answers. Who is right? Let’s try this on for size:

None of them.

At best each person is offering a guess. Their guess may be based upon experience or training, or maybe the experience of other people who they never met. Some questions regarding biofeedback

The typical person– Over thinks, under acts. Break the cycle. Post your results.

BTW, would you like to see how I have used this to increase my flexibility? The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) system was unable to add more then 3-4 inches to my ASLR ovr a 5 months period. Using this, i have taken myself from a low 1/1 to a high 2/2 cold. When i warm up i hit 3/3 within two reps.
