  1. Do you really have to drop the weights like you do? If you lower them properly you will get twice the benefit, also your weights and floor will last a lot longer. I have been training since 1956 and I have never seen anyone dropping weights like you do.

      1. Kevin, the eccentric phase doesn’t always provide twice the benefit. Test it. You might be surprised.

  2. Very nice lifts. Your hand strength us awesome. I don’t understand what all the weight dropping is about. Do you know what that does to your ears? Just thought I’d say something. It is a little excessive. Do you have any ninja stars and such? I’m a ninja. Are you? Keep it up man.
