355 lbs Steinborn and a 124 lbs press at 160 lbs body weight

Matt is actually a very technically skilled lifter, I say it that way because he would deny it at first. I think this is the current gym record for this lift, unless Mark sneaked one in and didn’t say anything

This is impressive to me. Jacob weighs right at 160 lbs at maybe 5’6″. This kettlebell is larger than a basketball. I have seen a lot of strong guys fail to press a 48 kg while at RKC events, and I have not seen anyone this light put a bell this size overhead in person.

What have you been up to? Care to share a video? Post a link to something neat you have recently done, and I will put it up this week.

VERY impressive lifts, congratulations!

I’m currently on day 27 of PSOTFED, I wanted to do it earlier but really didn’t have the time. Lifting at least once every day, some running, some rock climbing. I’ve done some deadlift variation almost every single day, and I’m never sore. Just recently ordered ISG Vol. 1&2, and since I’ve implemented the information I’m getting comments on my forearms all the time, my grip strength is way up, and I’m only doing maybe one or two grip exercises every two days. I have tiny hands, and hand strength used to be my limiting factor on all pulling exercises from chins to deads, really annoying.

Jacob – way to represent the shorter guys. Infinitely more impressive than the Desert Strength video of the giant with the mouth guard push pressing the same weight.
