Some of the new stuff, first attempts with a front lever on middle fingers only and front lever with pinkies only.

One hand barbell lifts from 315 lbs to 585 lbs.

Squat looks real nice. You know me, you know i squatted religulously from 1995-2005, so i must ask: at what point do you plan to test depth
-without the tire
-full depth, hamstrings to calf
-full depth with a slight bounce
-Leading with eyeballs (looking UP on the squat)
?

And why are there not shirtless weirdos in this video?

i check depth each workout, most of the ass to calf tests poorly. i think i need a bit more hip flextion will bring me to it
