Every single person I have introduced to grip has loved it. People “get it” when they try it out.
Two years ago I created a grip training dvd because there are very few resources for hand strength which are actually creditable and useful. That DVD is directly responsible for adding names to the Captain of Crush cert lift, putting more names on the Red Nail roster, and played a big part in tens of thousands of new personal records.
