This week in Smarter Strength

by adam on July 1, 2012

There have been a number of corrective exercise systems emerge over the last two decades, but has that been a via solution to the massing problem of our time?

A simple rule

Joint – Movement
Bone – No movement

With this said, at every joint in your body there are potential movements which can occur.

In your body, do all of your joints move?

If you are lacking motion in those joints, is it possible it is negatively affecting your performance?

If that is the case, would you like to be able to influence it for the better?

If you could do that, what would you imagine could happen with your progress and quality of life?

Would you like to learn more? The next Smarter Strength course will form next week.

I have recently really starting to look at the way i walk. I have had heel pain, for a pretty long time now. Its been two weeks since i noticed when i walk, my right knee doesn’t have full extension ( from a prior injury 10 years or more). I just started to focus on that, and my heel pain is almost gone. Thanks for the reminders in the course and your twist on things,Adam!
