HOLY HELL!

Just think of what you could accomplish if you supplemented your program with CONSISTENT ACTION starting RIGHT NOW!!

“But hey, wait a minute Adam! Is this better than Creatine? Because I was right about to buy some of that”

Yes, it is bro. It certainly is.

Trust Yoda, Jedi he is

“But can consistent action help me? I have been on this routine, it looks really good. See I found it on a forum and it’s very balanced…”

Yes Bro, you would likely benefit from consistent action even more than you do from your forum advice.

“Oh I get it, you are trying to sell me something. this is where you tell me consistent action will cost me something Right? I don’t what to have to pay for it!”

Yes Bro, it is. Consistent action is the most expensive supplement of all. It costs your time. A lot of it too. If you are not prepared to invest in a whole boat load of consistent action right now then you should probably just go back to being a fucking slob who used to be awesome back in the glory days of high school football. That would be your next best move. No free dinner found here.

For the rest of you; before you go back to GNC, before you visit another website offering the super duper secret ancient warriors weapon of mass destruction, before buying anything else, get yourself some consistent action.

IF you can do that, victory shall be yours…at some point it is becomes a certainty.

Started in 1959 – Through Jr High – HS – Vietnam – College- marriage – children – grand children – and now retirement — still showing up and loving the iron as much as ever. It may be the only thing I’ve done right perhaps but I’m still doing that at least.

Chris you are the perfect example – still getting better, still competing, still setting pr’s and having fun with it. Chat tomorrow?

1) Set a realistic goal
2) Obtain said goal
3) Rinse and repeat

I am finding the more I stick to this methodology the better I do. I strayed off this path the early part of this year and realised I wasted about 6 months of training and gained very little.

Mistakes are worth shit unless you learn from them.
