Does your current fitness protocol address your current goals, or did you change your goals to suit the program?
Does your fitness program have the flexibility to account for your various other commitments in your life?
How many personal records are you setting per month, and to what degree of significance are they?
What percentage closer to your 2012 new years goals are you right now?
How many pounds of fat have you lost or gained over the last 6 months?
How many pounds of lean mass have you gained or lost over the last 6 months?
– Did you actually measure with an accurate caliper or are you guessing to save yourself the stress of knowing?
How many inches have you gained or lost from head to toe over the last 6 months?
Can you walk up 5 flights of stairs without stopping, losing your breath, or breaking a sweat?
Can you drop right now and do 20 perfect chest to deck push ups?
Can you do 10 pull ups?
Could you run a mile right now in under 8 minutes?
Do you ever make comments about having a bad/weak body part to people to explain why yourself?
How much money have you spent on fitness books and DVDs this year?
Did you even do the program or suggestions found in those products?
Are you currently paying for a gym membership which you are not using?
How much money do you spent on sports supplements per month (proteins, creatine, whatever else NOT including vitamins)?
In your opinion, will you be doing what you are doing right now next year at this time?
How much different do you look right now from 5 years ago?
How much different will you look next year compared to right now?
Do your friends and family members seek out your opinion on fitness?
Do you feel truly qualified to answer questions? Would you like to be?
Are you happy with the direction your training has been moving in this year?
Are you happy with your current body composition?
I do not need the answers to these, but I think it would be useful for you to know them.
