100 Reps with the 82 lbs bell. Not easy, but easier then the last time. This was actually far faster then the 32kg, which of course I saved some time not switching hands each rep but I was also far more energetic during the whole deal. To bigger bells!
The other thing I did a lot of today was pinching at 32 mm (1 & 3/8″) which is one of the best movements for the hand extensors. Yes you read that correctly. Those muscles other people try to sell you on with rubber bands. Stop with the bands, move to a very thin pinch.
Squatting felt good today as well, got in a number of sets after I cooled off from the pressing.
Smarter Strength Ecourse THIS WEEK. Details will go up TOMORROW for the launch and registration information.

Good stuff man. Going to start testing foot wear to solve some pain issues that aren’t quickly resolving in my feet. Thanks you for the inspiration.
I have heard several people share stories of success with this- check out now only various insoles but also different degrees of firmness. it is likely different shoes would work better/worse depending on what has happened that day/evening.
I’ve never heard of the narrow pinch/extensor thing, is it because of the necessary wrist angle on narrow pinches?
I’m going to have to make or buy a 1″ lifting implement to attach to my loading pin now.
Thanks for the information.
Hi Adam,
I’ve been wondering and trying to search the blog for the word “Psofted” but without success. What does it mean?
Thanks for making this blog the best out there for grip strength.
It is short for “Pick Shit Off The Floor Every Day Challenge.”
Adam, can you please add a little more detail as to why the very thin pinch is such a good extensors workout? I liked to know more.
