I did a strongman performance early in the day, actually had a PR in it too of a double with the strict 45 curl and snapped a nail in half in 38 seconds.
When I got to the gym, I still wanted to train but had no interest in anything hard. Somehow that ended up being a day of 12 sets of pull ups, jerks with the 50kg bell, presses with the 56kg, and a 5 minute snatch test (I blame Josh for bringing it up).
Today was bear and lizard crawls plus some hindu squats and and a few easy COC squeezes.
