This was the first time I was able to fully pick up 410 overhand grip on the 2″ diameter axle.
This was the same week I pulled 393 for 7, 403 for 6, and 303 for 15.
There are many directions of better, more weight is only one. Are you able to get in more volume? More speed? More reps? Better density? Is it easier? Are you smoother?
There was time when I worried my open hand strength would be limited by hand size, I didn’t train it as much. When I moved past focusing on limits I became much better. Are you taking actions to enable your success or solidify your failure? It is a good question to ask.
