great work, the bearhug deadlift is awsome that is one humbling lift , the spider walk is awsome nice job

I didn’t see the disclaimer and broke my spine. Who do I sue?
In all seriousness, awesome, badass and inspirational lifting.
(Switching from Monster Khaos to Red Bull should give you at least another 50lbs…)
