great work, the bearhug deadlift is awsome that is one humbling lift , the spider walk is awsome nice job

I didn’t see the disclaimer and broke my spine. Who do I sue? In all seriousness, awesome, badass and inspirational lifting. (Switching from Monster Khaos to Red Bull should give you at least another 50lbs…)
Freaky stuff Adam! The backbend walk is so freaky. You made the Bear Hug DL look very easy. Nice!
