That stone looked really easy for you Adam.

Are those thingies hanging off the bar in the racks a grip implement? In one of the older Japanese “ninja competitions” (I can’t remember what they’re called exactly), they had an obstacle course contestants had to go through w. a horizontal ladder with “rungs” which were softball shaped.

Congrats on the big RT lifts Adam! Is that the same handle you used in the grip medley at the Fall Grip Decathlon? That one seemed pretty slick. Hard to tell though since my grip was already so fried by that time. Wasn’t there only something like 150lbs on it in the medley?
