Grip Strength: 270.5 lbs Overhand Deadlift on a 3 Inch Axle

Harder than you may believe. Pulling on the Inch Dumbbells 3 days a week is moving my open hand lifts up fast.

Fat bar training is an easy to insert element of grip training which will be help out trainees of all disciplines. The simple switch to a wider bar brings the whole hand and thumb in to the lift, and greater hypertrophy in the forearm musculature.

that is great work, amazing, that e class has been so beneficial to me , you tied up so many loose ends , i working my way through it but been jammed up with work , and complete remodeling of house i will finish my survey , but i have no compliants you answered everything thanks adam really appreciate your help talk soon

Impressive! I don’t know that I could do half of that w. a 3″ axle!
