Double Inch Dumbbell Farmers Walk Progress, along with other PR’s

by adam on October 19, 2011

Distance for the double inch farmers walk is improving fast, and my endurance for repetition lifting has vastly increased.

The hand to hand toss is coming along really well. I am currently using this shot loaded bell. I can average 4-5 tosses before slipping on a fresh start. I believe I will be able to toss the Inch in less than 120 days, a feat which so few have done.

I also attempted the Gripboard Mash Monster 4 for a third time today. The video has been submitted to the judges, we will see if this one was to their approval.

This thing weighs more than most people. When you’re able to toss it around, it’s gonna get scary.

Sorry, let me rephrase that. “more than most non-overweight people”.

Don’t be a pussy.

That looks like fun. If I wasn’t such a bad ass dancer/lover I’d try it; but I make my living with my feet……

Seriously, looks fun- like the 2 a.m. fat chick parking lot drag (twins).

Nice job

Excellent work Adam!

I think if you just got tighter, you would lift more—hahaha. I do like the external visual goal with Dave standing there along with the Five Finger Death Punch tunes–epic!

Rock on
