This years events will be Grippers from a choker, Two hand pinch, a medley, a double hammer levering event, and a Hercules hold event.
Chris said recently he believes a 50 lbs + lever will be the winning number. I believe provided almost 8 weeks of training on the event I will be close to that mark. We will find out.
