Here is one you may like – Since the 2nd of August 2011 I have done 1,327 reps with my safety bar squat. 9 of the work days were over 100 reps. I have got under the bar 24 days out of 44 days in the last 6 weeks. The total volume in the last 6 weeks of just squats is 332,732 lbs.
