305 for 60 in 21:10.

Also Two hand pinch at 58 mm, Stub and Hub lifts on the griptopz. Reverse curls with the 3″ axle, TTK, dips, clubbell work, and neck bridging. I was so tired after squatting today. It went a lot better then my last time with this resistance, but it was still a beat down.

Next time post video of a few sets at real time. I would like to see your cadance/tempo. Keep kickin ass
