Skwats, 215 for 101 in 16 minutes. 5 sets, 30,20,20,16,15

Also did Europinch, 183 for 33 in 10 minutes, Vulcan closes with the Silver spring and 30 mm block, and Incline DB pressing the fatgripz. Really tired after those squats.
