Good day of training.
First, I had my go at the Mash Monster 2 certification grippers. I will post results after the judges view the film. I will say I am confident.
Lots of Inch Dumbbell lifting today. It feels better every training day.
Next I did my highest density/fastest squat workout. 225 for 100 reps in 20:15. This was seriously one of the hardest things I have done in a long time in terms of not pussing out. I was dripping sweat, my lungs and heart were on fire. It was fun.
Finally a whole mess of grip work and arm work. Block weight juggling, Griptopz Coin and Stub, TTK, Fatgripz curls, Supination/pronation with lever bar, Hammer muscle outs, and my ultra top secret squirrel black bag contra-specific movements. All in all a great day of training, except for mean ass muggy temperature. Soon the cold comes, which means better pinching and better lifting.
Weekend will be straightforward. I got Mike Nelson coming out tomorrow, I’m filming content for the Eclass, and playing with the dogs. Certainly you concur that is dope.
