Today- lots of work. Matt Cannon came out to test out his numbers for the griptopz, I am expecting him to make some waves in the 82.5 kg class for WSH.
My workout today- Two Hand Pinch, Stub lift, Inch DB practice, One hand pinch with strongergrip lever block, hex pinching, lever bar pronation/supination, TTK work- all grips, Fatgripz Db pressing, Squats. After squats I needed a refill, handled by Craves’s all you can eat Prime Rib. 4 of those did the trick.
Squat workout today was a huge improvement from last one. Today was 315 for 46 in 20:30. 26 August was 305 for 38 in 20:45. Next workout will likely be a lighter one. if its between 225 and 245 I predict I can get 3-4 sets of 20+ reps and easily crush over 100 in 21 minutes.
