COC #1 for 53 reps with 20mm block for Hornes Records List

David started a challenge list for gripper for 50 and gripper for 100.

I got 73 reps each hand with the trainer, 53 each hand with the #1. Its a lot harder than I thought it would be, because the hands and forearm pump up so much.

My two hand pinch and higher difficulty grippers were pitiful today. I got some reps with 214 lbs at a 52mm setting but 220 was glued to the floor. My COC #3′s all felt like bricks. My pinch with 64mm was pretty good, I got a new intensity PR with a few good lifts of 184, which was my max this time last year on my standard pinching width.

groptopz are coming along. This week maximum strength has been shit for pinch but i’m happy with these ones. best coin lift so far is 43.2 lbs which i think ties me with David Horne, but it won’t matter until August
