by adam on June 13, 2011

Here is Logan doing an incredible toss behind the back with a 32kg bell

Logan juggling the 124 lbs kettlebell. This was the first time he had ever even tried a bell this big.

This weekend I taught the Smarter Strength workshop, and it was a blast.

Logan Chrisopher was out and demonstrated a ton of stuff from hand balancing to kettlebell juggling. I am going to put up some videos over the week with the various stunts and feats he was doing.

I want you to check out this sale, Logan is throwing a moving sale and has marked down a variety of courses to include his excellent double DVD juggling product. This is the best possible time for you get moving on the powerful juggling techniques.

Kettlebell juggling is a system of training that scales to meet the skill level of the rawest beginner to the most advanced athletes in the world. The foundation movements are things you probably do right now now- swings, snatches, presses. The next elements are rotational drills and force redirection. Once you learn to these you will be flipping, tossing, and throwing bells in free flowing pattern that is not only incredibly productive, its fun!

Check this out now, you will be extremely pleased

Adam, Does juggling injure the shoulders or elbows? I’m worried my old shoulders might get worse. Also, how much do I practice? How often. and how many days?By the way, great website. It’s excellent!

John

all exercise has it’s own risk. Juggling techniques begin with foundation of swings, around the body passes, snatches, and cleans. From there a person develops to more complex movements. The starting point will be learning to safely work with a KB. Are you currently training with one now?

Yes. I have a 30lb, a40lb,and a 24kg KB,which I use most of the time.

John the first things to learn is the flip and catch and the around the body pass/ figure 8 drill. Use a light bell and practice outside where you can safely drop the bell. Its really fun to learn and practice

I’ll get started today. And I really appreciate the help. Thanks!
