Pinch Lifting with York Blobs and Block Weights

Today I got in a ton of block weight and blob lifts, here are a few of the videos I shot for David Hornes record lists

Block weight lifting is an excellent method for building hand strength. All you need to start is a few dumbbells. Cut the handle off and lift away. For most people a 60 lbs hex dumbbell will be a great start.

To get started, deadlift the blocks, try farmers walking them, cleaning them, and even snatching them.
