Awesome T Rex Vs Chain Saw and 18 reps with COC 2.5 with 20mm set

Truly awesome

Thanks Kevin Greto for making this picture (or swiping it, whatever) which truly captures the human condition in all it’s glory. You know what I mean right?

Had another go at the COC 2.5 for reps with a 20mm set block, 18 reps. This was after closing my 3.5 several times and playing with my new AtomGripz knurled handle. I will be interested to see if I can break 20+ reps on Tuesday after some rest.

I believe the practice of longer sets with repeating the set if valuable for getting to higher difficulty grippers. This will build your setting and holding strength and help you balance out the tissue of the extensors. Looking for more tips on Captain of Crush grippers? Check out Industrial Strength Grip Vol 1 for the most detailed block on torsion gripper training on the market. That is until I release ISG vol II….

I just edited the original picture where the T-Rex was chasing the little guy in Paint on my computer. I added the chainsaw so to represent your goal a little more closely, so a combination of swiping and making.

Hey Adam, sorry to hear about the migraines. Thought I would email you and say it might be worth you checking out the work of Dr. Ray Peat (http://raypeat.com), in my opinion and personal experience the leading thyroid specialist in the world who has ‘game changing’ approach to nutrition. Along with biofeedback, application of his work has completely changed my life for the better and best thing is I I have loads of data to back it up. A great article to start with is glycaemia, starch and sugar in context, controversial but bang on the money when put into practice in my life for past 3 years. Would love to know what you think. Regards. Gareth

…nothing like adding 2 reps EVERY time you try. Good work Boss.

I will retest on Wednesday, I think I can get 20. If you see the last rep on this one was just a bit shaky. Two days of no nothing will allow me to hit it again with better vigor
