Had another go at the COC 2.5 for reps with a 20mm set block, 18 reps. This was after closing my 3.5 several times and playing with my new AtomGripz knurled handle. I will be interested to see if I can break 20+ reps on Tuesday after some rest.
I believe the practice of longer sets with repeating the set if valuable for getting to higher difficulty grippers.
