T Rex Can't Pinch Shit!

Human have thumbs = Evolution Win!

Tomorrow is the Movement Minneapolis Grip Decathlon. I am excited to have great people out to compete and bond over the motor miracles of grip sport.

A preview of tomorrow- Here is Will Williams hitting a 310 lbs overhand axle deadlift. Notice how Will is able to achieve a very balanced stance. Only a few months ago it was impossible to pull in this position from pain.

Yes, not even two months ago 155 with our axle was brutal. It hurt my neck and my surgically repaired right hip [hernia, 2010] would just shut me down.

So after training the B-Stance for awhile, as well as a C-Stance, which are right foot staggered for deviation and distance, i can get a decent pull in a “normal” stance. What is normal anyway? Is it normal to order 40 boneless wings at Buffalo Wild Wings and eat them all? For me, yes. For Megan K, no. So it’s all relative!

If you’re reading this and you have not signed up to train with Adam, be it a distance coaching program or at The Movement Minneapolis, let me just tell you one more time: Dude’s got it. . . .

Only 40? Seriously, though. Awesome pull.
