Hey Adam,
The video of you training with your dog was great. Your dog is hilarious.
My dogs like to “help” when I train too. I’ll be barbell squatting and one of them will drop a ball at my feet for me to kick so he can chase it. I try to think of them as helping me improve my ability to ignore distractions.
Thanks for answering my email yesterday and thanks for all the cool stuff you put up on your site.
Cheers
Chris

Brother, I saw you poke that beast, be careful it may be one of those that when submerged in water grows 10 times it’s size! If it falls in the toilet, drop one on it and get out! Hunt on.

What gets me going is the either thoughts of crushing my enemies’ bones or just being awesome like Amazing Samson.

First off Julie is freaking awesome ! But as for motivation……….I am struggling big time. I even have a ( gym) I use that word lightly, where I can go to for free. OK, the place blows ! Dumbbells with those fucked up handles that are bigger in the middle, rubber coated plates, no bench press ( just a smith machine), only grip stuff or kettlebells the have are mine………. need I go on ? But not just that . I just don’t give a shit right now. I need slapped around a bit .

Hi Adam, good work on the videos.

I have been testing exercises for three months. my usual tests are simple combinations of pull ups, chin ups, dips, push ups of all kinds including handstand, and all types of pistols and squats. Swings, TGU’s and Snatches are the meat and taters, and windmills, gatherings and prasara yoga are a mainstay.

I was stuck and fatigued following the ROP with my 24Kg. Mornings were brutal on my back and I felt tight most of the day.

Since I started testing I can touch my toes right out-of-the-sack, and I hit a PR in both Hindu Squats and pistols in a matter of two weeks. My Swings feel great and I’m looking forward to workouts more than I was before I tested and felt obliged to do a routine regardless of what I felt like.

It’s definitely good stuff.

you would need to recalculate for T-Rex speeds during your hunt.
