I am pretty disgusted with the lame “free reports” and ebooks people offer on their sites these days. So I am going to do something about it.
On the side of the page here there is a field for you to enter your email. Put it in and I will mail you an Ebook which is going to give you 9 actionable items you can start doing today to increase your strength, lose more fat, and gain more muscle.
Down load it now, put it to use.
No groundless theory here, no filler, no bullshit.
Get going with it and let me know your results.

without looking at the ebook yet, here is my guess as to the 9
test exercises
do not work till failure
test load weight
keep a journal
test form variation
go barefoot
test chainsaw action
kill sharks with a chainsaw
kill t rex with chainsaw
grow a beard and cut it off with a chainsaw
test wether a beard helps lift or not
oh well, I got 11 instead of 9.
damn I only got one right. Maybe two right if you give me some slack for not specifying what kind of journal.
I trust you will enjoy it, everything there can be put to use right now to make you better
I could also write that book LOL

Thanks Mike I am glad it is useful to you
I’ve paid for ebooks with a boatload more pages and not a fraction of the usable info.
Nicely done Adam.
Thanks Ryan, I know it will be a help to you
Awesome ebook Adam. Thankyou very much for sharing this information. Much appreciated.
I’m glad you like it Larry.
Im gonna try to read and follow them…
Thank you for the ebook, Adam. I found I am doing quite a few of the things mentioned in the book, but there were some exercises I hadn’t yet tried. As far as variation goes, I’ve noticed that I often change exercises and sometimes don’t return to the same ones for months. A good example now would be weighted pullups, which haven’t tested well for a long time, probably soon closing in on to a year. Testing has just preferred front lever variations: rows, pulls, cranks, holds in different stages of leverage. Not saying that there’s a reason to worry, but I wish my body would begin liking weighted pullups again, because I’d love to break the dusty old record!
I was also progressing with finger lifting quite nicely, but it suddenly stopped all of the sudden. However, the progress was very sweet for those couple months, because I got from a 25-30 kg middle finger pull to a +50 kg middle finger pull, and also a solid pullup with middle fingers on a 1″ bar, something I could never have done before dabbling with finger lifting. I must say that damn, training is fun!
