100 kg two hands pinch

100kg + is the gateway to elite performance in Grip. I still have 4 months until US Grip Nationals in Crooksville OH. I added 10 lbs from my last comp in Jan to today. I believe 245-248 lbs will be possible by nationals.

My hanging strength is improving daily. I have been testing extra weight, it is only a matter of time before I will getting reps with a kettlebell strapped to my waist.

Very strong. Did you use bands before unassisted bodyweight pinch pull-ups or what?

I will be in the 235-240 area by the time we hit nationals in July. I am really excited to see what I will be able to do in the Worlds Strongest Hands Series this fall.

Mike I am beginning work on the new one, it is more focused in a direction which you will particularly enjoy. feats of strength and more specialized grip applications.

Awesome work Adam, my pinch is also making good progress. I managed 12 singles for rafter pull ups today, I am totally up for a race to a 10 rep set!

Alright you have motivated me to start working on my grip did my first pinch workout this evening, did a Tabata type exercise. I sandwiched two 10lbs plates together and switched direction of rotation after each 10sec rest.
