19 Dec 2010, exceptional grip day

by adam on December 19, 2010

Lifting 310 lbs for 11 consecutive reps on the 2″ vertical bar.

One hand deadlift with Strongergrip Plateau buster with 537 lbs.

Today was one of better days of grip training in the last few weeks. Intensity was high on all support lifts. Pinch was not testing well. Grippers were good, keep your eyes on the Ironmind news feed to see how good…

I will give you a big tip for your support lift training.

Work from the worst leverage lifts to best in your order of support lifts. Test them all out, arrange them to tackle your worst leverage drills first. So in my case I hit my V bar, then rolling thunder, then axle, then one hand DL.

All weekend I have been getting emails with feedback on Industrial Strength Grip. I am glad you guys love it, I will be sending you some awesome bonus footage this week and an interview with me and world record holder in the two hand pinch deadlift Jedd Johnson from Dieselcrew. Jedd and I have some exciting news relating to both grip sport and educational opportunities in 2011.

Are you ready to get started on your own path to exceptional hand strength and power? Pick up Industrial Strength Grip now and make 2011 the best year of training ever.

Note to self: get a Plateau Buster ASAP.
