Getting in to my groove for my new goal movements.

Today I did a bit of grippers, just a few sets with level 15 on the Vulcan. Moved to a few pinches with the europinch apparatus. I widened my pinch to 52mm for some lighter work. I am still having frustration getting the best width for reps.

For my primary workloads I did flat barbell press, log bar press, incline DB press, low box squats, KB front squats, and plateau buster swings. I finished up with plate curls and formulator reverse curls.

All big lifts were marked with intensity PRs, both curls were volume and density.

Did you get the new video on Industrial Strength Grip today? I prepared a video to teach you how to make some effective grip tools with minimal equipment. With just 9 dollars invested or a trip to the garage you can make dramatic improvements in your hand strength. Click here now to learn more.

This week I will announce the date for the next workshop. I will be doing a full day course to take Grip and Rip to the next level.
