Get Bigger Arms and Stronger Hands: Industrial Strength Grip the DVD

The Iron Mind #3 Captain of Crush from a credit card set, no sweat

Coming this month- Industrial Strength Hands Vol 1.

For the last 5 years hand strength and grip training has been a huge part of my fitness and my life. I have moved in several directions with grip training over the years and I have learned a lot. I continue to learn more each year.

I have trained in all areas of steel bending and the classic strongman feats. I have trained with the so called “functional” grip training style movement which has spread through out the garage gym culture. I have competed in Grip Sport, which is my current focus.

I have done much, and I will do more.

My interest with grip is not just doing it for myself, I want to expand the sport, expand the knowledge, and help people get better faster.

In October I filmed my first grip focus DVD. I wanted to fill the void that exists- people want the information and its hard to find in a single source product.

This DVD will show you how to add inches to your arms and give you powerful hands which add pounds to every lift and the unfair advantage in every sport.

I am going to teach you over 40 grip drills which will give you exceptional hand strength and more muscle in the fingers, thumb, wrist, forearm and arm.

Reverse bending a 5/16″ 6.5 steel bar in thin leather wraps.

No matter your level of expose to grip you will benefit from Industrial Strength Grip. I built this product to teach you how to safely reap the benefits of grip strength with and without specialized equipment. You can implement this program in your home gym, garage gym, all the way to the biggest commercial gym.

I have prepared a number of gift videos for you to put to immediate use. Go to the site now and sign up for your first bonus.

I want to spread grip training across the world, I need your help. I want you to tell your friends about Industrial Strength Grip. I want you to send your friends there to get the videos and put them to action.

Adam,
Thanks so much for all that you do and what you share with us. I really appreciate your no-nonsense, straight-forward approach and look forward to your posts even though our worlds are pretty far apart in most ways.
Have you had any experience training someone in grip strength who has moderate (but worsening) osteoarthritis in their fingers and elbows? Intuitively I realize that working on keeping as much range of motion and movement as possible is key, and I was just wondering if you have ever run into this and how they handled it?
