Sunday – most Americans are stuffing their faces and watching other people move, At Movement Minneapolis dedicated people are in sweating and getting better themselves.

My workout

Started off with 7″X5/16″ CRS bend reverse style in Iron Mind Wraps

Next was Vulcan Hand Gripper, level 13- 74 reps in 12:49. Last time with 13 was 73 reps in 16 minutes. Big density PR

Moved to pull ups, 5 sets of 5 in 4 minutes.

On to grip training:

Moved to 1″ Vertical bar- 192, 237, 282, 327, and then missed 375 twice.

Last was one hand deadlift on the Strongergrip plateau buster

357 for 5/5, 377 for 4/4, 397 for 3/3, 427 for 2/2, 447 for 2/2 in 19 minutes.

Next two days are off days. Wednesday I will do a run through the 3 Worlds Strongest Hands Events. I will plan on hitting full body again Thursday and taking Friday off to be ready for the last leg of the competition on Saturday Morning.

Also, this week i will be showing some of the prototype Strongergrip equipment Ryan recently dropped off.

Awesome bending as always. You are getting freaky strong you skinny bastard. Are you sub 200 yet?

I got 10 more pounds, or 5, depending on my morning shit status and how much Monster I drink in the morning. My lowest scale weight in the last 2 weeks was 204, today I was 210. I think I can be as close to 200 as I will get by Jan. I have this problem right now where I am gaining muscle as i lose fat, which some people have said is “fucking impossible to do drug free”

When I started training with my Vulcan, I couldn’t close it with the Thumbscrew and white spring on the lowest notches. Just now I did singles with both hands! It’s been about a month, I think.

Yesterday I did singles with sumo DL for rehab work. In the morning I did singles. In the evening I did more reps with better density and greater weight. Before going to sleep I did three singles with even more weight. The same movement tested well three times in one day! This means I’ll get over my dysfunctions even faster than before.

Adam, I am still waiting for that summary email, man. In the meantime, I have hit some pretty swell numbers based off of our phone call. The best one yet was today was an effortless 385lb conventional deadlift–prior to our talk I only sumo deadlifted those kinds of weights. Pressing volume is increasing, and becoming more dense as well. So far i dig this gym movement stuff.
