David Hornes World of Grip is presenting Worlds Strongest Hands Series Leg 4 on 13 November 2010. The Minneapolis location will have weigh ins at 1000 hrs and will begin at 1030 prompt.
Events will be as follows
- Two hand pinch deadlift on Europinch apparatus, 4 attempts rising bar.
- Reverse bending on the Horne Wrist Developer, 4 attempts rising bar.
- Gripper closes from a 20mm block set, 4 attempts rising bar.
Afterwards the local events will be as follows
- 2″ vertical bar lift- Left + Right for total, 4 attempts
- Overhand Axle Deadlift, 4 attempts
- Grip medley, assorted items for points.
