Ferocious. 42K? Very nice. that is 6 times my Wednesday total.
I have begun to count my chinning reps as full bodyweight load. Fuck it right/ I am 235 pulling over the bar more than 10+ per workout, and daggone that is what i am going to calculate.
Kettlebells tested well again. Strange.
Bending looks like an expensive habit.
I always count chins and pus as full load. If you were rowing 235 you’d count it as 235, no different because it’s a chin.
I’m over 200k for the week so far.
