Didn’t feel like doing too much
Started with my Vulcan Gripper- Got two big PRs
Level 16 with a 20mm block set (Worlds Strongest Hands set position)
Level 17 from Mash Monster Set (MMS)
After these I did some dumbbell bench press, some kettlebell one arm rows, mace swings with my strongergrip mace, and two sets of easy snatches with a 24kg bell.
Not a bad day. Very happy with these two gripper closes.
