So I missed my goal of 1,000,000 lbs in one month, but I believe I can hit this within two more months of this kind of work.
So how did this all affect my body?

Not bad for 32 days.
Noted PRs:
- Finally closed level 16 on the vulcan! Not just for a single but a damn Double. Heck yes.
- Went from a single with level 15 on the vulcan to set of 7.
- Highest gripper volume ever. I literally closed a gripper this month more times than all of 2009+2008.
- Two hand pinch deadlift on Eurodevice of 197 lbs, last month best was 188 lbs.
- Nailed Level 9 on the Horne Wrist Developer in Competition
- Push Press – 413 reps in 11 minutes with 16kg bell.
- 2″ Vertical bar- 336 lbs in competition (World Record) and 353 lbs in training. Best Left + Right total is now 688 lbs (335 Left+353 Right) plus pulled 300 lbs for a set of 21 right handed.
- Blob strength is best its ever been. I can lift my blob now every single time I put my hand on it.
- Card tearing, nail bending, phone book tearing all best they have ever been.
- Overall grip endurance and work capacity is extremely high. I now train grip every single training day.
Lots and lots of volume and density PRs. My total work loads are getting higher and higher. I wake up and rarely feel sore or run down from my training. The Strongergrip Plateau Buster is changing my body fast.
Mike T Nelson and I have had a lot of conversations about tissue turn over and what happens with high combinations of speed+Load+COD in training, I believe my training logs will reflect this strongly over the next year.
Is your training looking this good? If not you need to pick up my DVD Grip and Rip 2.1 and learn how to work with your body, not against it. Click here NOW to get the best damn training system in the world.
If You Are Not Getting Better, You Are Getting Worse.
November will be bigger, badder, and better. It could not be otherwise.

Hell of a month Adam! Congrats on all of your PRs! You are definitely an inspiration to many of us lesser mere mortals! I appreciate your constant reinforcement of following what your body tells you to do. As we can all see, you have obviously made a positive transformation with your physique and have gotten even stronger. Keep on kickin’ ass!
I believe these results will become the norm for anyone who sticks to the gym movement protocol.
Well, then consider me on board for the challenge!!! I’m about to find out how close are far away that I am! There’s only one way to find out and that’s to just show up and do it!
*or (not are) far away that I am!
remember the numbers are all based on both goals and testing- dont kill yourself just to hit a certain number, Measure up before the start and get before photos.
I just took all my measurements plus before photos and will weigh myself 1st thing in the morning. I am going to base my goals around Bench Press, Back Squat, Conventional or Sumo Deadlifts, Rows, and Curls. I also have an adjustable RB gripper that has a weak and strong spring that I want to see how far that I can progress on.
Looks like that North Korean program is paying off…
I heard of an ancient, secret style of cycling weight training that comes from reindeer-killing, cave-dwelling tribal peoples in Eastern Siberia.
I might give that one a try.
