Vulcan Level 15- 2 sets of 4 reps right hand. Left was piss today, just a single each side. Best level 15 prior to tonight was a double right hand. This is Vulcan day #5 in a row.
Strongergrip Mace swings – 50 left/50 right in 4:20. Mace is loaded with 27.3 lbs.
Plate Curl with 20kg plate, 6 singles. Thumbs were tired.
KB Snatch 20kg bell- 80 reps in 3:10. Practicing new drop technique, solid cadence.
Finger lift- some easy singles with 275 middle finger.
Lower volume today. My arms are tired. I am surprised how much volume my hands are able to handle, but the connective tissues at the elbow need a rest. I plan on taking tomorrow off.
I was thinking of swinging today, but when I looked at the big stack of plates on it all motivation left me. The rest of the evening is dedicated to writing.

Since heavy weights were out, today became a hell of a volume day. 50,000+ lbs. moved in 75 min, including warm-up time. High volume + complex sets are an interesting mix.

I like these field reports. Worked on some different stances and feet positioin for the dead lift and swings. Internally rotated tested great, and left me feeling great. Worked on the vulcan gripper. Trying to bring up my volume with these. I am dong it slow, cause if i do to much my hands,forearms and shoulders are always sore for days after.
My friend i have been training has gone from dead lifting 225 for 2 to doing sets of 9 with 275. He was able to do a tough chin up with 32kg, now he did 4 sets of 2. He loves training again, and is amzed how easy it can be.
I have cleaned up my diet a little bit, i was starting to feel a little slugish. Went from 244 to about 239 and much leaner. Its amazing how hard i use to try to keep weight on, and know its almost effortless.

You’re getting strong on the Vulcan Adam! 15 for 2 sets of 4 is very good. You’ll be hitting Level 17 at the next WSH leg. That’s my prediction for you.
Ben, I need It. Next wsh I really want a 200 pinch, 9 bend and 16 close. 17 would be a game changer. I want a top ten finish and right now I am 11 overall
