Tonights study time
Push Press 200 Reps in 5 minutes with 16kg bell- working towards 500 reps in under 15 minutes
One Arm Row 120 reps with 24kg bell in 2:45 – working towards 300 reps in 9 minutes
Swings with 407 lbs with Stronger Grip Plateau buster – 3 sets of 9 in 3 minutes
110 reps with level 12 on the Vulcan in 10 minutes, last workout was 106 in 17. Not bad.
Twisted 2 horseshoes
torn & quartered two decks of bicycle poker cards
plate curl 20kg plate for 5 sets of 2
torn three Minneapolis phone books
Snapped a 5/16″ X 6″ hardened carbon steel drill bit
Bent 2 60D spikes in a washcloth reverse
pinch lifted 3 sets of 3 on the euro device
pinched the blob for 5 singles

All tasks completed in 1.3 hours.

42 reps in one set of double 16kg long cycle (7 rep PR from last week’s 7 rep PR)
Deadlift 275 for 112 reps in 19 minutes.
Pullups +70.
Dips +70.
Pitts Blob lifting.
Vulcan reps.

Total. Let’s not get ahead of ourselves. I can usually quarter one deck now though so it’s getting better. I’ll start adding to the deck once I’m never missing.

Yesterday I curled 45 kgs with my Axle for two singles. I’ll see if I can crank it up to 60 kgs before the end of this year!

KB Swings dbl 28′s
done as super set – 7 sets each of 5 reps each in 10 min – Density PR

KB military press dbl 28′s 8 sets of 6 reps
BW chin ups 8 sets of 10
done as super set – 10 min – Density/Intensity PR

150 rounds on 40S&W fired through my glock
150 rounds of 380 Auto fired through my S&W Bodyguard 380
50 rounds of 44 mag fired through my Ruger Blackhawk

60K worth of work…ugh Josh you have be careful, we have to protect our reputation that none of us are strong and we don’t really make progress. at this rate we are trashing that whole image that was thrown upon us since the exile LOL
