Magnificent progress, Adam!

Lately, relatively heavier weights with minimal singles, maybe 1-3, have tested best while my body tells to add more weight the next time. Is something wrong with this? I thought we’re supposed to train with light weights.

Who said train with light weights? I never said that, Frankie never said that, Mike T Never said that: We said train with the load which tests best

Conquered the 36kg bell and am working on the 40 (pistol, pullup, press). I’m getting closer to a 32kg BUP, it starts to fail about 1/4 to the top. Am now able to tear through a 20 card trademark poker deck, though it usually only tests well once a week. Just started (last week) doing Guerrilla Snatches for volume, at a pace of 75/min, hoping to one day work up to 500 in 10, currently maxing out at 50 in 43s. Grip toys are in the mail so hopefully I will have everything I need to train for next years grip competition. School starts up soon, and I live much closer to the good gym on campus too, so deadlift and squat galore.

Good shit, Adam! That’s world class, right? Anyone else doing that? Still not sure where my training is going. Kinda moving “sideways” more than forward lately. It’s been fun as hell trying new stuff.

going back to our conversation at the cert- do not jam the square peg in the round hole. If i was to summerize your goals i will say A) Lose Fat, B) Gain Muscle, C) get stronger

to this end you have many roads pointing to Rome
