A few guys have asked recently if I still bend.

Please note, bending in this style is dangerous. If you decide to try it and put a nail through your hand…don’t tell me about it

Every week I am leaning out more and more. BW is 219 today. I will get my ass in the Bodpod at the U every 45-60 days to keep track of it, but going by clothes I am moving in the exact direction I want.

My diet is so shitty by most peoples understanding, it would blow their heads off to hear about it. I eat one meal a day, I drink beer, basically I am trying to break as many “rules” as possible while shedding BF.

I think modern dieting is fucking retarded, these people are making something easy far too hard.

Darryl when Mike T drops the Metflex seminar you need to strongly consider attending. I you can crash in the ghetto with me to save you cash. This will change a lot of things in the industry.

Mike told me about it, I plan too. I got stuck in the damn Airport for a day because the gates closed 10 minutes before boarding.

Still plan to make it though.

About nutrition: why does junk food give me a ROM increase? I’ve run energy drinks through tests and some of them test positively. But are they not bad for our health? And how can our bodies know what to consume when we’re touching the package itself and not the food? What about foods we’ve never eaten before?

Our new dog gives me a ROM increase when I hold it. <3

I have been testing my food a LOT lately, I’ll share a few things I have noticed that may help answer some questions.

Firstly, yes “junk food” can test well, but you have to ask why? Is it purely a need for extra calories, or does it contain a vitamin or mineral you need? Ask yourself more questions and you can find better answers.

Usually the “junk food” happens to contain something you need, but usually there is a better source so test more things. As with supplements, I can test a pill and it may test well, but I can test a vegetable or fruit that I know is high in that vitamin and it will test BETTER, I always go with real food over pills :)

Next time you test an energy drink also test a banana or an orange, all contain lots of sugar for a boost, but the fruits also have plenty of minerals and vitamins.

I love how you make it look so damn easy! I use the same wraps that comes with the wrist developer, they are pretty thin compared with the monster thick wraps some people use but nowhere close to a wash cloth!

Getting stronger hands and wrists pays off in bucket loads for real life that’s why I love doing grip work!

Darryl- You missed your flight?! Shit!! I BARELY made mine. Threw down a good sprint. It was sweet. Adam- “Dieting” is bullshit. We are the only species ever that needs to be told what to eat. You have a target weight? (Shave the beard. An awesome one like that weighs at least ten pounds.)
