Huge Pinch PR, I am out of the Military, and I am Proud to tell you Grip and Rip 2.1 DVD is live and ready to go

by adam on May 21, 2010

I am gearing up for the Worlds Strongest Hands Series over the next 110 days. I know what I want to hit in the competition. I know what numbers I will be going up against- literally the strongest grip athletes in the entire world. I am excited to say the least!

Here is a video with some clips of yesterday’s pinching, Vertical bars, and reverse bending

I got a few emails asking about the hair and the beard- no I did not go AWOL! I have finished my second enlistment and my honorable discharge was yesterday- 20 May 2010. I am proud to have served, and I am ready to go on and do new things with my life. A new chance for me to be better.

I believe it is important to seek improvement whenever possible

Sometimes little things make a huge difference, and sometimes you find a way to fix mistakes made the first go around. There were things I wanted to do in the military but was unable to do. Things I wanted to improve, but it was not possible at the time.

I knew when I was fully in control of something, I would do whatever I could do to make it better, every step of the way.

Another look at Grip And Rip

With this being a thing I find important, I was compelled to add more content to the massive Grip and Rip DVD product. I went through ALL of the contact emails. I looked for common links and questions. I took all of the feedback and sought a solution to some minor issues.

We did not want to mindlessy add content just for the sake of minutes-We wanted meat and potatoes with no fluff.

What is already covered? Click HERE NOW and see the break down

So what did we add?

First we added a block on pull ups.

I am amazed how many people have goals surrounding pull ups- nearly 70% of the contact emails stated they had a goal of either adding more reps, pulling more weight, or the near legendary feat of strength: The One Arm Pull Up.

This block will take you from doing no pull-ups now to one arm pull-ups later- provided you are willing to follow your body and put in the work. How effective is this progression? It has been used to take regular soccer moms from not being able to budge on the pull-up bar to doing reps- and I am talking about throat to the bar! Trust me here- it worked for them and it WILL work for YOU.

Grippers

The next block added was what I assure you is THE MOST COMPLETE torsion gripper block EVER filmed. When most people think of Hand Strength they think of grippers. I personally am not a huge gripper fan, but I can close the Beef Builder Elite, and I am working on a COC 3.5

In the block I share exactly how I went from not being able to close a #3 to dominating the #3 whenever I want to, a progression which I have used to train 13 other men this year to close the #3. These tips and tactics were learned, borrowed, stolen, and hijacked from my buddies world wide who have the strongest hands on the planet. I can promise you this- put this block in to action and You will have a vise grip in a hurry.

The next block, which is in many ways the most important block is a quick start guide

What I wanted to do- give you a lesson to put this amazing protocol to action now. In less than 10 minutes I layout how to have the best workout of your life. Watch it first, and go back for the knowledge later- or watch the entire DVD set and allow it to wrap it all up for you.

Either way you will be able to apply the Gym Movement protocol to your interests without error after seeing this. We corrected the most common errors people reported making- to give you the most streamlined approach to breaking PR’s every day.  No tricks, no gimmicks, no voodoo- this is the fastest way for you to make progress.

Everyday I get more and more email from men and women across the world who tell me they now make the best progress of their life. Many of these people have been involved in fitness and health for over 20 years. They have “seen it all” or so they thought.

Now it is your chance. Click Here NOW to purchase Grip and Rip 2.1 the DVD and prepare yourself for your best possible progress.

I do not know how far you can go, but I know this is going to get you there.

Adam,

First off congrats on the huge PR and being released from your military service. It’s going to be awesome to see how much your career as a coach takes off, as well as the rest of The Movement.

Second, I just ordered GNR 2.1 (had to put off buying a new gi, but totally worth it) and am psyched for it’s arrival. I hit a huge LCCJ and Snatch PR last night, and this is with the limited knowledge I have of biofeedback. I can’t wait to see how much ass I’m going to kick when doing things proper. Be well.

Casey,

think of all the progress you and I made last year during the coaching period, and now know for a fact YOU can coach yourself way better than I can coach you. If you lead yourself you will do the very best you can do.

That is what this is all about. While i love to train people, we are seeing people make their very best gains when they lead themself. Our job is simply to better educate and inform so that you have more options to test.

It’s that autonomous nature and philosophy that ultimately made me shed my old ways of training and embrace GM/Biofeedback. I’m very influenced by Buddhist thought, and The Movement resonates a lot of those principles. One shouldn’t look outside, rather inside one self for the answers or “enlightenment” they seek. To me, GM has done this with the training world and has essentially given us back the tools to be our own masters.

I remember making some of the sickest progress ever training with you last year, but you are correct in saying that biofeedback is a whole different animal. Now I can make that kind of progress every day? Damn straight I can.

This is what we do. We just keep getting better.

Just ordered! Looking forward to it.

Hope your prep for the comp is going well Adam!

Thanks boris

- given the #’s I am hitting now, I think it will be a good showing in all four legs. While I believe the top 5 spots are already locked in (barring injury) the middle ground of 5-15 is an extremely competitive area. I think those spots will be a dog fight and I am ready to go out and see what I can do.

Thanks for the Upgrade Brad and Adam. Have not used the program full swing yet but have used it to get out pain. Mike Nelsons interview with Frankie was great. I think I own every book or author he referenced. My problem was similar. All the info made sense but many of the exercises I knew were just not good for my body or directly caused pain. The testing of many exercises has allowed me to choose amongst the exercises and those that tested well have reduced or eliminated pain very quickly.
Thankyou,
Stevie

PS Grip and Rip DVD price is very cheap therapy. I have already saved that money back on reduction of Chiropractic.

That is so awesome to hear.

josh May 21, 2010 at 3:08 pm

Awesome, Stevie. I could not be happier to hear that!

adam May 21, 2010 at 5:14 pm

Stevie

this is wonderful to hear– Pain makes us stupid. It becomes consuming. The fact that something we put out is allowing you to get yourself out of pain is exceptional. Please continue to provide updates on your progress and your results

Stayed up til 0100hrs local time to order ASAP.
Now that I’ve had a few issues with my ordering, I’ve received great customer service too, especially as an international customer.
Class act all the way, can’t friggin wait to get my teeth into the material and rip apart some (more) PRs!

adam May 21, 2010 at 8:53 pm

Piers thank you again- we are here to help

Jeroen May 22, 2010 at 8:46 am

I agree with Piers. I’m an international customer too. All the reviews have been about how great the product is, GM and Grip ‘n Rip, and rightly so. But I think it’s also worth mentioning that your customer service is one of the best I’ve ever dealt with. Whenever there were problems, they’ve been taken care of swiftly and generously.

Tomas May 22, 2010 at 1:38 am

I passed my BJJ class so I could order ASAP. I just sat in front of my laptop mashing the refresh button. I really want to see the pull-up section, because I’m still stuck with them.

Roger May 24, 2010 at 6:12 am

Adam, congratulations on your discharge from service &, hey, on the beard too.

Have enjoyed exploring my progress since 2.0 & looking forward to 2.1 winging to the UK.

Onwards!
