After seeing this review, one question rose in my mind. Wimmyn are weaker than men by default, but do both sexes bodies adapt as fast?

Tomas,

the topic of women being weaker than men is a slippery slope considering how many different ways we can define “Strong”

Liz Horne in the UK can pinch lift two 45lbs plates with one hand, which makes her stronger than almost any man who will ever read this page…

At any rate, the Gym Movement protocol will take someone as far and as fast as they can go regardless of their sex.

LOL Now that is another sacred cow which needs to get torched- I know dudes who fight who refuse sex 2 weeks before a fight because they think it will drain them or something…
