Grip and Rip 2.1 DVD release coming soon

by adam on May 2, 2010

This week I am shooting additional blocks of instruction for the Grip and Rip DVD, which will push it to a massive 4 1/2 hours of content.

New additions will be an expanded block on grip training, a new kettlebell block, and a new block on programming. We have taken the feedback from our customers to expand this exactly as YOU want it.

I expect the new DVD to be ready to order around the second week of May, go to www.grip-rip.com now and sign up for email up dates

Nothing about cardio? :(

I’m just wondering, but what are you curious about?

Tomas, what is your question? Everything is movement, and all movement is the same. What is the difference in “cardio” to anything else?

Sounds like I’m off track. Forget it for now. ;)

Sounds pretty great. It’d be pretty sweet if the extra footage was made available as a standalone release for those of us who already got Grip n Rip 2.0

Such an option will be made to all who purchased

How do I get on the waiting list? I’ve logged on to the grip and rip site but it only takes me to the curling video.
