I am so pleased to see the number of readers increasing every day, but it leaves me with an important question:
Why are you not posting in the PR threads and tweeting your daily progress?
“How do I do that?” By tweeting your progress and including hash tag #preveryday in the tweet. Post your PRs in the weekly PR threads.
Maybe it is because you think your PRs are not worth mentioning- I strongly disagree with that idea.
I am every bit as interested in hearing your progress as i am in making my own. Additionally there is a strong community forming here which is interested in your progress. Join us.
Maybe it is because you do not know how to use twitter or post comments?
if you are having problems figuring out any software please email me at Adamtglass@yahoo.com and i do my best to get you posting today. technology can seem overwhelming at times, but things are getting easier to use day by day. Trust me, if i can do it you can do it.
Maybe it is because you are not making progress?
If this is the case contact me here and we can get you on track today. Make no mistake- the ONLY reason to exercise is to get better! Better maybe leaner, more muscular, faster, stronger, more explosive, it may mean moving better, feeling better, less pain, or never being in pain- all of these are steps forward. Do not stand still, it is your birthright to be better everyday and it is easy to do.
Maybe you don’t care about posting your progress?
If this is the case that is ok, but know I am very interested in your progress. If it not too much of an inconvenience I would love for you to drop a line every now and again just to say where you are at and where you came from.
Maybe you are worried other people will recognize you slumming over here with my crew of heretics and free thinkers.
If this is the case just post under a false name, I will forgive you for the deception
As i close this, here is my final word on the topic.
If i was not interested in hearing back from you, I would not have created an interactive site. If peoples comments were not welcome, i would not allow people to post them. I would write far fewer questions if i was not interested is seeing answers from others. This website is here to help you out. So take advantage of it!
Like a kid with a glove and a ball i am standing in the field across from your home and i ask if you will come out to play.

I have to admit, when I first faced the realization that I had to get better everyday to be part of the movement, I didn’t know how I was going to accomplish that. But once you’re open to the idea and understand how large the scope of “getting better” is, you find a way – everyday! I am getting leaner, stronger, moving better, recovering faster, and modifying “programs” to fit my goals. I think about getting better and focus on it. Mindless adherence to a program or routine
is not part of what I am anymore. Get with the Movement!
Tom
the ability to change is one of the most valuable traits you can have
Forget about the curve ball , give him the heater
Fuck yes. We want better (= more) people!
So, if I can just clarify:
1) better is better
2) better is more
3) we want more people being better
we want more-better people being better-better-more, right?
I just wanted to make sure.
People being better is more.
Do you have a post that explains better what a PR is? Same with volume, density, etc? Thanks!

Thanks Josh.
I finally gave in to the twitter thing the other day, but I am still actively refusing to follow random celebrities like everyone else seems to do.
Today I am a happy man because I am now under 70kg for the first time in many years, every time I look in the mirror my body looks better, and aside from being stronger than ever, the mirror test is definitely an awesome way to get better!
I think my bodyweight will end up around 65kg and I will be pretty damn ripped, then it’ll just keep creeping up as the muscle packs on my frame!
Kris,
What is your twitter name, mate? I’m sure it’s popped up on the PREveryday retweet a few times at least, but I haven’t clicked to add you, haha.
It’s “KrisWragg”, nice and simple
I’m curious to try this out, but I’m unable to access any instructional information–your videos have been unavailable for weeks. Laurie
Laurie, if you read through the articles and the comments there is more than enough to get you started.
Thanks for the reply. I subscribe to the blog, and I’ve tried to dig in the archives for both articles and comments on WTRLT that look like they would provide instruction. I’ve attempted getting info elsewhere online in discussion boards and blogs talking about Gym Movement. As a result, I feel like I understand the underlying theories. My difficulty is that I’m unable to find anything about practical application: what the mobility testing movements actually are, how to test them, which movements correlate to which lifts, determining weight, sets, reps, and rest based on the results of teh tests, etc. Any advice regarding particular articles/comments would be helpful. Full disclosure: I’m also aware of a DVD at the gym movement webpage, but am not ready to pony up just yet. So maybe that’s really what needs to happen if I really want to know how to implement the program. Thanks. Laurie
P.S. thanks to your review, Josh, my wife started (and nearly finished…) reading book two of that swedish trilogy you wrote about yesterday. LPC
Laurie, when you’re ready, I would either.
1. schedule a call with Adam
2. pick up the workshop DVD that is coming out soon. In my opinion, it does the better job of showing practical applications.
Thanks very much for the compliment on the book review. Are you going to read it? Don’t let your wife outdo you!
Heretics and free thinkers. I like it!
PR every day is an AWESOME mindset.
For years now I’ve progressively become addicted at getting better in every aspect of my life. Therefore this rings the best bells possible in my ears.
Not only does it fire up actual progress, but it also fires up overall morale! You start realizing “hey, wait a second, I actually accomplished that today!”
Then this happens again, and again, and the snowball gets rollin’.
Cheers to everyone’s constant progress!
