Thank You All

by josh on March 11, 2010

When we decided to retool Adam’s blog to go in the direction that our training has, we thought that the response would be positive. It’s been more than positive and it is growing quicker than we anticipated. It will reach more people, sooner. This means more people will be better, sooner.

That’s because of you.

Thank you for your open minds, your willingness to learn and to teach, your generosity and support, your enthusiasm, and for being people who make everyone around you better.

And that’s what’s up! If you know anyone who would enjoy what we’re doing here, please send them over.

Josh

Thank you for having the curiosity and will to break apart from the pack; to forge a path filled with personal records, quality movements, and creating a map while you were at it

Thank you for introducing science into training. Thank you for helping me PR in every workout. Thank you for helping me move better every day. Getting excited about it and telling everyone around me was just an obvious side-effect of badass ideas.

I’ll keep evangelizing so long as you keep blowing my mind.

I have always been a seeker of truth and excellence, and the world has a way of giving us what we ask for. I have found truth and excellence here, and for that I am very grateful. As long as you guys stand for truth and excellence, you’ll have my allegience!
