Test one deadlifts 2inch rom right off the bat. loaded up the bar 135 easy 3 , 225 easy 3. 315 easy 3 rom was increasing , 405 2 reps retested range increased loaded it up for an alltime pr 500 pounds 1 rep all time best. Have not deadlifted in 6 months except for at the grip and rip. Next test barbell strict press 135 as smooth and easy as i could make it lost rom after 5 sets of 4 reps. lost rom called it a day have not work with barbell strict press in 6 months it was a good day.</description>
