I couldn’t figure out what to do since I had a cold and it was raining and there was lightning outside, so I decided to go outside and stick a heavy kettlebell into the sky and tempt the gods.
And it was easy. It was really, really easy. Anyone can do this, and there’s minimal strain involved. Remember, there is a huge difference between hard work and dedicated effort.

That 40 looked like a toy my friend, very impressive. Got a question for you and the guys on the big arse PR thread…
Strong you have gotten.
I better fess up…it was an 8 kilo bell with a bunch of paper mache on it.
Man you sure are having fun with that paper mache kettlebell we made while you were in Minneapolis!
great work josh, posting pr from todays workout,
Test one deadlifts 2inch rom right off the bat. loaded up the bar 135 easy 3 , 225 easy 3. 315 easy 3 rom was increasing , 405 2 reps retested range increased loaded it up for an alltime pr 500 pounds 1 rep all time best. Have not deadlifted in 6 months except for at the grip and rip. Next test barbell strict press 135 as smooth and easy as i could make it lost rom after 5 sets of 4 reps. lost rom called it a day have not work with barbell strict press in 6 months it was a good day.
That’s a thing of beauty.
Josh Congrats. You will be Pressing the Beast bottoms up in no time.

I’d better get a 44kg…that looked way too easy.
Hey Max! I’m going to start with a 10 lb plate on top of that 40 tomorrow.
I am happy to see you dropping in here Max.
josh i see your shoulders are strong as ever. I remember you said a while back they bothered you. Do you still do the arms bars and tgu or do you not need that type of work as much since starting the biofeedback?
I still do lots of arm bars and TGUs. I love them both and they’re always going to be wonderful corrective movements for me.
